"I find your lack of faith disturbing," the mysterious stranger says menacingly.
"Unfortunately, I have already revealed too much to you about our order. There is no
way I can allow you to leave with such... information. It would be too dangerous to
our mission, to our holy quest against the Zargon."
As if like a flash of space-lightning, the mysterious stranger unsheaths his laser
sword and tosses his cloak off in one continuous move. The green glow of the blade
reveals his hideous visage; the mysterious stranger bears a series of criss-corssing
scars over his face and bald scalp, as well as one white, colorless dead eye. As he
saunters towards you with his blade crossing to-and-fro in front of him, you detect a
slight grin beginning to purse his lips.
Quickly, you reach for the space blaster at your side. But, as you reach the holster,
your hand suddenly freezes. You struggle to free it, but to no avail. When you attempt
to turn and run, you feel a great shock fill you, and you tumble to the ground. The
mysterious stranger begins to bear down upon you.
"Ha, ha! Fool! You cannot escape my space grab power, nor my star shock ability,
both courtesy of The Power!" The mysterious stranger bellows as you struggle to get
back on your feet. "And your common weapon would have been useless against my laser sword
deflector swing I mastered when I was but a youth."
"You should have taken up my offer and joined our ranks, and then all The Power could
have been yours. Instead, like all the others, you chose to be an unbeliever. And now you
die for that foolishness!"
With that, the green laser sword abruptly comes down, separating your head from your
body while simultaneously cauterizing the wound. As your disembodied head swings through
the air, you hear and see, for a split galactic second before death, the maniacal laughter
of the mysterious stranger. It is the last thing you will ever hear.
